Shipping policy

Everything in this shop is printed to order, so your parcel is made after you buy it rather than picked off a shelf.

TIMING

Printing takes a few working days before anything is handed to a carrier. The delivery estimate shown at checkout covers both that and the time in transit.

COST

Shipping and any tax are worked out at checkout and shown to you before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.

ADDRESSES

Please check your address before you confirm it. A parcel sent to an address with a mistake in it comes back to the printer, and sending it out again has to be paid for again — it is the one part of an order we cannot quietly put right afterwards.

IF IT NEVER ARRIVES

Tell us it never came and we will have it made and sent again, at no cost to you. There is no deadline on this. The same goes for anything that arrives damaged or misprinted — see our refund policy.
