Refund policy

Everything in this shop is printed to order. Nothing is held in stock: each piece is made after you buy it, for you alone.

DAMAGED, MISPRINTED, OR FAULTY

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or faulty, write to us with your order number and a photograph of the problem. We will have a replacement made and sent, and it costs you nothing. There is no deadline on this — the sooner you tell us the sooner you have the right thing, but we are not going to start counting days at you.

You do not need to send the original back. Posting a misprinted shirt across the country helps nobody — keep it, pass it on, or use it as a rag. We would rather spend the postage on your replacement.

IF IT NEVER ARRIVES

The same applies to a parcel lost on the way. Tell us it never came and we will have it made and sent again.

WRONG SIZE, OR A CHANGE OF MIND

These we cannot take back, and we would rather say so plainly than bury it. Because each item is printed for you specifically, there is no stock for it to return to: a returned shirt cannot be sold to anyone else, so a return would mean throwing it away and charging someone for the privilege.

Every product page carries its measurements. Please read them before you order, and if you are between two sizes, write to us first — we would rather answer a question than send you the wrong thing.
